Not sure what else to suggest.

To clarify the issue: you import the spreadsheet into the old Product Source and it creates duplicates; you import it to the new one and it does not? Same configuration and everything, just a different destination table?

Awaiting a reply,

Yeah I had been simultaneously working with our net guy internally and he was saying the same thing. I am pretty sure it was all the same. I did get an import without duplicating so maybe my net guy was able to remedy the issue. I hadn't had a chance to follow up with him since I alerted him of the issue, he was out of the office on training.

Ok, well post again if the issue re-manifests and perhaps we can look into it in more detail then.

I'm not aware of any known issues with duplicates being created on import, but hey - finding these types of anomalous scenario is part of the joy of writing and supporting software!

Yep dupes are back!

I am at my wits end with this issue -- a deduplication feature seems like a necessity from where I am sitting.

I am dotting all my I's and crossing all of my T's. I can't for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong to cause the dupes.

Can you recall any other threads that had this same issue? As persistent as my duplication issue is? I am just very frustrated with this at this point.

Does QuoteWerks have any known issues that could be the cause of this which are related to SQL databases with 9000+ items in the database? I would really like to get some proper troubleshooting on this. This community based support doesn't seem adequate for this issue.

Not that I am aware of.

I submitted an email to support and given them the files I am working with. I do appreciate the input and help via the forums here just didn't want to be uploading my data to the community. :)
