HI Folks

I am trying to find a way of setting up QW so that when a sales person creates an order from a quotation they are forced into a routine which makes them email the Order to the customer (along with the T&Cs)and a specific email template.
The email template tells the customer about T&Cs attached and asks them to check Order (contract) deatils are correct.

Can you do this ? or even partially do this ?

Cheers

Marc

This would only be something you might be able to do via scripting or an external applet.

I know one of our Development Partners would gladly chime in on how they might assist you with that. Otherwise, you might contact one of them concerning this request: http://www.quotewerks.com/developers/index.asp

Thanks Shawn

Is there anybody who has an "off the peg" solution to this ?

Or could we have an apx cost for creating a solution- we are using SQL

Surly we cant be the first users who need to ensure our sales people always send T&Cs when an order is placed.

Cheers

Marc
