What process do you use for marking won orders as subsequently canceled?

Have a particular status of 'Canceled'? Or even go to the extreme of deleting the document.

If you are utilizing QuoteValet, you may also want to go to the QuoteValet tab of that document and delete the document from QuoteValet.

That would be a good suggestion. I do not believe there are any immediate plans for such a feature. Development is very focused on translating current functionality to our QuoteWerks Web Edition.

If you are interested, our development team frequently adds new features to QuoteWerks throughout the year by releasing new builds. Many of these features come from requests from our customers. While there is no guarantee that your feature request will be added, please feel free to send your request along to Development with a detailed description of the feature that you would like to see incorporated into future builds of QuoteWerks.

You can submit a feature request on our forum for this. Simply go to http://bit.ly/QWForum and log in as a registered user. There you will see a forum specifically for feature requests. Development regularly reviews this board for features to include in upcoming builds and gauge interest in new requests.


Sending a feature request to our development team by email ensures that your request will be saved to our database. Our developers frequently search through this database for new features.

Please send a separate email per feature request.
