Need to provide customer with a credit for substituting equipment but every time I try, unit price and/or ext price will be displayed in two rows and I do not know if this is a bug or something that can be easily fixed.
If I group the credited items both unit and ext price will show like below:

-
$1,715.72

If I manually add the items and use a blank line item, then only the unit price will display in two rows like the example above while the ext price displays correctly or like below:

-$1,715.72

Is there a way to correct this? Do I have the option to show the credit like this: ($1,715.72) or ($-1,715.72) with the amount displayed in parenthesis?

It might be necessary to customise the CSS file of your QuoteValet template to ensure that a minimum width is set for unit/extended price.

It would be possible to display as ($1234.56) but this would require some clever HTML or scripting in QuoteWerks.

The first of the above two suggestions would be easiest.
If you're not comfortable with CSS, I (or others) would be able to assist.

The CSS file is to make it look like ($1234.56) but not fix the column width issue, I suppose the column with is automatic right? I not think if I create a proposal for $100,000.00 that QuoteValet is going to display
$
100,000.00

Or will it?
Where can I find the CSS files? I think most are in the /css folder on the QuoteValet server, correct? I am not a an expert but I do not mind messing it up a bit until I figure it out.
