Hello,
Is anyone else having problems with clicking the 'website' link next to vendor part numbers on the Etilize Sourcing page? I'm finding many times they are not able to pop up the product on the vendor web site (using Synnex and sometimes Ingram). It looks like the Synnex links are trying to access an old version of their web site.
Is there any way to update the links so they can accurately reach the distributor's product page?

Can you give an example URL you get by clicking the website button in QuoteWerks and then another URL of the correct product?

Thanks for the reply Matt. Here's an example:

Kingston Part: kcp3l16sd8/8

The Synnex 'website' link pops out a page located at: "http://ec.synnex.com/visit_new_site/visit_new_site_us.html?skuNo=4418772"
that says "Please visit our new site https://ec.synnex.com/ecx"

The actual page I get to when I search in Synnex's web interface is: "https://ec.synnex.com/ecx/part/techNote.html?skuNo=4418772&_source=ProductSearchResult"

The Ingram micro link just pops out a blank tab in my browser. The D&H link works great!

Hope this helps solve the mystery.

This needs reporting to development.
In the mean time, you can create a customised menu that could take you to the right place. In effect, you right-click on an item, choose the "Synnex website" option and it'll take you to the right place.

Development just gave me the fix for this total. We will probably have an interim of v5.2 in about a week. If you need an immediate fix, then send an email to support@quotewerks.com, and I will get it out to you as soon as it's available.
