What is the best way to set up products sold by SPLA licenses?. I have an excel pricing worksheet from Synnex. There must be a better way than to have to import it monthly.

Be interested to hear other solutions.

On the assumption that you quote and bill your clients on a monthly basis (like most hosting companies that we work with) then you might want to take a look at the Product Recurring Pricing features.

Matt: more info on SPLA here:

Hope this helps,

As a hosting provider for Quotewerks, we also Host MS Office and subscribe to their SPLA (Software Provider License Agreement). Essentially, you want to set up the payments as a recurring payment with a monthly fee. Other than that you would put your price, the cost and list, just like any other product.

Is your question on how to deal with the monthly prices? or how to handle this in a quote?
