What is best practice to modify a quote and order that has been accepted by the customer.
I sent a quote with an option but in error the customer did not select the option but wants the item. I therefore have an accepted quote that I want to change but I can't figure out how to do that.
Help appreciated

Best Practice would be to duplicate the quote and send again, cancelling the original. We have a status of 5. Cancelled and we put appropriate notes in the internal notes field.

Sales Info tab | Doc Status option - click the "..." button next to the textbox and the Statuses may edited from that screen.
