Hello,
Recently we have faced with claims from customers that pdf created quotations sent out through Quotewerks smtp built in email client cannot be opened.
We have tested this and find out that this claim is truth. The pdf file stored in Quotewerks/History/Email, is OK, we can open, but sent by QW email has errors.
If we use as email client Outlook, pdf is sent out OK.
And this happens to all users using the same QW server.
Note: we are using Ver. 5.3 Build 1.07.

What happens when you try to view the PDF, are you seeing an error message?

If the email process is corrupting attached PDF documents, typically either the email signature or email template includes a portion of HTML that is the root of this issue.

You can try removing any custom code from the user's signature or Email template and rebuilding it element by element after confirming a successful attachment.
