So I noticed lots of issues since the REST API change, slowly going through them.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed QW making new tickets when winning a quote? seems to only be when a quote is won that isn't linked to an opportunity in CW (Or maybe the opportunity isn't set to a ticket)
Last week they we're creating on a specific board, now they go to another.
I'm going to call support tomorrow to see what the issue may be, but thought I might check in here and see if it's a new setting or if anyone else has seen it.
Get on the current release as there are a number of fixes since 8.10. For example: "For ConnectWise Users, after converting an Opportunity to Lost, the default options for Ticket, Agreement, and Sales Order Conversion would be used as if the Opportunity was Won. [Service Release: 8.12]"
