Is there a way to pass the QuoteValetDocumentID to an html or email template?

I don't believe so.
What's the business case for doing this?

I want to generate a link to a .NET form that collects user information related to the quote.

So the CustomerFacing URL (which is available) contains the DocumentID.

Are you ok to strip the bits in bold, which would then give you the documentID?

Thanks for the suggestion. I will reformat the link on the Confirmation page template.
