Hi,

Has anyone seen this type of error when trying to save a QuoteValet document.

I have logged it with support (11 days ago) and have heard nothing back.

Im getting very frustrated with the lack of help from support on this issue.

So im throwing this up here in the hope that someone else may have encountered this error

This issue occurs when I select items from one template, and then select items from another template. Then save.

I see that you called in on 2/2 and spoke to Michael Williams about this issue. At that time he was looking into with our Development Team.

We cannot duplicate this in-house. Our Development Team believes your QuoteValet Mobile layout has been edited, and something about it is not "clean". It could be a stray, or unclosed tag somewhere in the HTML. You might take it into a HTML editor and see if it spots any stray tags.

Our Development Team is still looking into this, and is trying to track down why this issue is occurring for you. As far as we can tell, this issue is specific to your tenant account.

Hi Shawn,

thank you for replying to the thread.
When I spoke with Michael last we he said he could duplicate the issue in house. I confirmed this with him, as I wanted to make sure it wasnt an issue from our side.

In regards to changed html. I have no changes on this page.
I do have a customization.css file for the presentation pages. Uploaded by the QuoteWerks interface, but there is no way to edit these pages. I wish I could!.

Im using a Galaxy Tab A 9.2
