We just installed QW and I am setting up the real time pricing and availability. I was successful with Ingram Micro but I am not able to do so with Tech Data. They setup a separate login but when I use the test button in the real time setup it says "unable to authenticate customer 123456".
I can take those same credentials and log into TD's web site just fine. The only other thing I remember is that we have to provide our source public IP address (security reasons I am sure) and that is still the same and ?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Tom R

In the UK anyway, your QW creds are not the same as your website login.

Matt is correct; your XML credentials will be different from your web login credentials.
