I have a 2 user QV license and have cloned these users as I want to change their usernames (as I want to use them as macros). This then causes me a problem with logging into QV as it sees the new users as additional to the original ones.

I thought the "change over time was midnight, but this morning I still have the same problem. Is it midnight UK time or US?

We were told it was midnight too (US) but we now understand it's 24hrs since the last activity. So, if you use QuoteValet at 1630 on a Monday, that license won't then become available until 1630 on Tuesday.

If you speak to Aspire when they get in (albeit not until about 1330) I'm sure they can reset this for you on a one-off basis.

The reset time for the QuoteValet logins should be midnight of the region where the master installation is housed.
