Im running into a challange that has my sales people frustrated.
I wonder if anyone else is running into this.
When we search for a product on Etilize, the real time pricing, in most cases Ingram, brings an old sku.
For example p/n J4858C from HP, brings an Ingram sku that is discontinued. We have to click on the drop down to select the right sku. If I go to Ingrams website and search for this p/n it brings the right one.

Juan:

As a bit of insight, Ingram Micro splits the one SKU into multiple SKU's as they have various price levels for certain parts. Typically a different SKU indicates a different price level. Some items can have 50 SKUs associated with them. The real-time will default to what is indicated by Etilize and Ingram as the standard US SKU. If there are multiple SKUs, you will need to make sure that you select the proper SKU that relates to your price level from the drop-down.
