Hello,

I just changed my system from Windows XP to a new Windows 7 one and everything works like before in QuoteWerks except when I do a compare and click "get real-time data", the prices are all resetted to 0.00$ instead of actual prices. The quantities are good but the prices are not. We have the same problem on two installations of QuoteWerks out of 4. Does anyone have any idea on why this happens ?

hmm, this is most confusing.
You're saying that everything is working ok on two machines, but two aren't working?

Are you not using Etilize?

We've not had anyone report this, that being said we're in the UK.

Yes we are using Etilize and real-time pricing and ordering.

I just noticed the two machines which have the problem are 64bit Windows 7 and the other two are 32 bit, one XP and one 7. Could it have something to do with the 64bit versions of Windows ?

I'm been using 64bit Window 7 since release, with no issue.
I'm baffled and suprised if it's an operating system issue, might be worth a call to QuoteWerks to see if anyone else has reported this.

I just found the solution to my problem. The problem was because my Windows Keyboard settings are in french which uses a , instead of a . between numbers and monetary figures. (example 4,99$ instead of 4.99$) I changed that setting in the control panel and problem solved.

Hope this helps anyone ine the future having the same problem!

Ha, well spotted! Would've taken me a while to figure that out!
