We are trying to automate creation of a MSCRM quote as soon as a customer accepts a QuoteValet quote, so we donít have to wait for the SalesPerson to get the QV acceptance email, open the quote, and set the quote to Closed and create a Won QW order. Looking for something in a QuoteWerks table that will allow us to detect a customer has accepted a quote. Is there such a field? If not, does the service enable this?

There is no one field that is going to indicate within QuoteWerks whether or not something has been accepted via QuoteValet. More so, a document in QuoteWerks does not know that it has been affected by QuoteValet until it is opened in QuoteWerks. Thus you would have nothing to trigger until the sales rep opened it regardless.

If QuoteValet sends an email when a quote is accepted, you could use the receipt of that email in your email client to trigger the start of your automation process.

Hope this helps,
